A Nine-Week Practice Cauldron

WELCOME

Your intake form — the first hand in the soil.
Before we begin, I want to know you. Not the polished version. The one who signed up because something in your body said yes, it's time.

YOU'RE IN.
NOW LET'S TEND THE SOIL.

This form is part of the container. What you share here helps me hold you specifically — not as a general "student" but as the particular, tender, alive being you are walking into this nine-week practice cauldron.

Take your time. Answer from the body if you can. There are no wrong answers, no gold stars for eloquence. What matters is that it's true for you right now.

A warm welcome to your whole self.

Your Intake

What are you hoping to cultivate?

Share what's alive in you as you step into Welcome. What you're longing for. What you're a little afraid of. What patterns you're ready to practice with. What kind of support helps you land.

A few things worth naming

Before you submit, a few tender reminders about how this container is held.

🌿

Confidentiality

What you share stays with me. This form is not shared with the group. It informs how I hold you, not how you're witnessed by others.

🕯

Consent-based

Nothing you name here becomes an obligation. All practices in Welcome are invitational. Your body is the final authority.

🌱

No perfection

You don't have to have your longing articulated perfectly. "I don't fully know yet" is a real, honest, powerful answer.

What Happens Next

Once you submit

1.  I'll read what you shared with care and full attention. Not skimmed. Not filed.

2.  You'll receive a welcome email with your vault access, the Zoom link for weekly gatherings, and the rhythm of home play.

3.  A calendar invite for the first live call — Monday, November 9th, 5:30 PM Pacific.

4.  An invitation to name one small thing you'd like to practice noticing in your body before we begin.

The pause is not empty. The pause is a portal.
Thank you for stepping through.
