A Free 8-Day Practice

Possibility Portal

A free 8-day practice for interrupting automatic action, naming the pattern, choosing the state you want, and designing one tiny experiment at the edge of change.

8 daily emails · a bonus hypnosis · one very short worksheet

You know the moment.

You say yes before checking your capacity. You spiral after a text. You freeze before a hard conversation, over-explain, disappear, or abandon what you want because someone else has a preference.

You may even recognize the pattern while it is happening. And still, the old practiced reaction takes over.

You've done the therapy. You've read the books. You have the awareness. And your body is still faster than your wisdom.

You are not broken. Your nervous system is running an outdated prediction on very familiar hardware. That can be witnessed, interrupted, and — slowly, gently — updated.

Willful Possibility

So no, we do not have control. And still — we do have influence.

The definition of possibility I am working with is layered. Possibility is something that can be chosen or made more available. It is also something that may or may not happen, because life is contingent on a convergence of conditions our human minds could never fully calculate.

The Possibility Portal is an invitation to practice willful possibility. Not forcing a perfect outcome. Not becoming a shiny optimized person who never flops. More like generating a portal you can move through where choice, agency, curiosity, and practice can influence what becomes possible.

Over 8 days, you'll notice one familiar pattern, interrupt its automatic route, name what you want instead, create a new state, and design one tiny experiment at the edge of change.

The Pattern Check-In

A worksheet designed to take under two minutes. Because your capacity is real, and I respect it.

This may be for you if you want more choice around…

You do not need to have it all figured out. You just need one familiar pattern that feels workable — a 3-to-5-out-of-10 pattern, not the biggest wound of your life.

  • Saying yes before checking your capacity
  • Spiraling after a text
  • Over-explaining
  • Freezing before a hard conversation
  • Avoiding a creative task
  • Replaying what someone said
  • Scrolling when anxious
  • Reaching for connection that costs you later
  • Abandoning your desire when someone else has a preference
A Capacity-Aware Practice

You get to choose. You get to stop. You get to adjust.

You will choose one pattern that feels workable. Not the biggest trauma or most overwhelming part of your life. A 3–5 out of 10 pattern is perfect.

You can pause, modify, skip a practice, or stop completely at any time. Stopping is not failure. Adjusting is not failure. Choosing not to do a practice is also part of this work.

You do not need to practice perfectly. If you practice once, that counts. If you notice resistance, that counts. If you discover that the "obstacle" is part of the pattern, that really counts.

The goal is simple: create one small moment of choice where the old pattern usually takes over.
