CULTIVATE
Build the inner soil where secure attachment takes root.
Nine weeks of embodied practice for those ready to clear the overgrowth of attachment wounds from the garden of the heart.
JOIN CULTIVATEYou are the garden, the gardener, and what grows.

This is a container for the daily, deliberate work of tending body, mind, and spirit. Not just learning to nourish the ground that all action grows from — but actively practicing.

Maybe it's a look. A word. Something done or left undone.
Your body is already scanning for danger: the sign that rejection is coming, that hurt is close, that conflict is about to begin.
Then it happens. In an instant, your subconscious recognizes a cue and pulls you into an old body memory. Your primal body moves faster than logic. Sensation rises. Emotion surges. Fear takes over. The pause you needed disappears beneath the flood.
Face hot.
Jaw clenched.
Breath shallow.
You thrash for solid ground, reaching for the oldest protections you know: shame, shutdown, ghosting, fawning, defending, grasping, dissociating, fighting...
And when the waters recede, you look back and wonder:
Why do I keep doing this?
Why can't I stop this pattern with the people I love?
The ache is not simply that you want better relationships.
The ache is that you want to become a place where love can take root without losing yourself.
Beloved, it doesn't have to be like this.
What becomes possible
You will not learn how to become perfectly secure. You will learn how to become more available to yourself. You will have earth to support you. Banks for your rivers of emotion and passion.
You will begin to feel what it is like to be your Self in relationship — not a reflection of others' projections, not a reaction to others' differences, not a performance of who you think deserves love.
A whole, complex, wild yet tended ecosystem of Self. Permeable enough to receive love, structured enough to hold your shape and know your boundaries, and resourced enough to adapt when conditions change.
Become the fertile ground where love can actually grow.
Across nine movements, we tend the soil
We will learn to read the soil, support its living systems, compost what is ready to change, protect new growth, and create conditions that can continue nourishing you beyond the program.
Meet the Soil
We begin with the view that we are already whole. The nervous system is not an enemy to conquer — it is a living intelligence to befriend.
Understanding Your Ecosystem
An embodied introduction to nervous-system states, activation, capacity, and what happens when the body moves faster than conscious choice.
Building Your Living-System Toolkit
You'll begin developing a personal toolkit rather than collecting generic techniques. What actually helps your system orient, settle, mobilize, process, and return.
Composting Experience for Fertile Soil
The difference between processing and enduring — making room for anger, grief, fear, shame, pleasure, and emotions that need movement rather than management.
The Seeds Beneath the Surface
Exploring the stories, thoughts, and beliefs that shape your experience of yourself and others — and practicing taking ourselves less personally.
Parts Relating: Listening Below the Surface
Learning to turn toward the inner world with curiosity, presence, and care. The goal is not to silence parts, but to build trust with them.
Tending Pleasure & Oxytocin
Practicing the deep radical skill of being okay being okay. Letting warmth, safety, and pleasure become livable — not suspicious.
Relational Experiments
Taking the practice into contact. Rupture, repair, presence, and the mycelial threads that let us belong to each other without disappearing.
Integration & The Continuing Garden
Weaving what you've grown into ongoing daily practice — so the work continues long after the cauldron closes. Bonus integration call: February 1.

Who this is — and isn't — for
A little honest sorting before you say yes.
This is for you if:
- You care about love as a practice, not merely a feeling.
- You've done the intellectual work, but your body still reacts faster than your knowhow.
- You long for relationships that are alive, mutual, honest, spacious, erotic, playful, and rooted in dignity.
- You know who you want to be in love, but struggle to remain that person when friction arrives.
- You tend to reach, chase, appease, over-explain, disappear, freeze, control, or become sharp when afraid of losing connection.
- You're tired of making yourself smaller in order to be loved.
- You want to feel deeply without being consumed by what you feel.
- You're ready to do the slow, sacred work of becoming a secure self you can bring into relationship.
This is not for you if:
- You want a quick fix or a perfect script.
- You want to collect more tools without practicing them.
- You want the program to make another person change.
- You are unwilling to take responsibility for your part in relational patterns.
- You want to suppress your emotions, sensations, desires, or protective responses.
- You want to become less intense, less needy, or less alive rather than more able to accompany your aliveness.
- You're looking for a promise that love will never hurt again.
- You are currently in a level of crisis that requires intensive clinical or emergency support beyond the scope of a group coaching container.

Hi, I'm Piper.
I'm a NeuroSomatic Relationship and Intimacy Coach, licensed hypnotherapist, and transformative ritualist. I've spent decades gathering and sharing the tools that change our baseline state.
These aren't new tools to learn — but new ways of Being. Integrating the practice into your days so that the work continues long after the session ends.
CULTIVATE is for people ready to build the secure self-attachment they can bring into all relating. All is invitational. I trust your inner authority.

What past participants are saying
Tender reflections from people who have experienced Piper's work and the power of relational practice.
Piper creates the kind of space where I could finally slow down enough to hear myself. I left feeling more rooted, more resourced, and far less alone in my relational patterns.
This work helped me understand that healing wasn't about becoming less sensitive — it was about becoming more supported in my sensitivity. That changed everything for me.
I've done a lot of personal growth work, but this was the first time I felt my body truly included in the process. The integration into daily life was practical, gentle, and profound.
Build the inner soil where secure attachment takes root.
Tell me what you're hoping to grow. I'll hold your seat in the circle of twelve.
What women are saying
Tender, grounded support for doing deep relational healing in community.
Piper created a space where I could finally slow down, feel safe, and understand my patterns without shame. I left feeling more rooted in myself and more hopeful in love.
This work helped me notice how often I abandoned myself to stay connected. The group felt intimate, wise, and deeply nourishing. I still return to what I learned every day.
I came in craving clarity and left with language, practices, and real shifts in how I relate. Piper’s guidance is both gentle and incredibly powerful.
